Terms of Service
The terms for using Signalbox.
Updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply to Signalbox at signalbox.run and app.signalbox.run. Signalbox is operated by Signalbox, Zurich, Switzerland ("we"). By creating an account or using Signalbox, you agree to them.
The service
Signalbox lets you connect AI agents to apps and accounts you sign in to, and to model subscriptions you already have. It is an early service. Features can change, and it may be unavailable at times.
Your account
- You need an account to use Signalbox. Keep your sign-in methods and any keys or setup links Signalbox gives you private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions your agents take through it.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
Your connected accounts and subscriptions
- When you connect a service such as Google, GitHub or Slack, or a model subscription, you allow Signalbox to use it on your behalf with the access you grant. You can disconnect it at any time.
- You must follow the terms of each service you connect. Your organization's policies, or the service itself, may limit or block access. We don't control that.
- Agents can take real actions, such as sending messages or changing files. Some actions ask for your approval first. You are responsible for the actions you allow.
Acceptable use
Don't use Signalbox to break the law, harm others, send spam, get around another service's limits or security, access accounts you aren't allowed to use, or attack or overload Signalbox.
Your content
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Signalbox for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using Signalbox and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@signalbox.run. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
No warranty
Signalbox is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services you connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect, by email or in the app.
Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law lets you bring a claim where you live.
